Yes, "extruding" is a word... I used it as this pictures title because this picture speaks of pain to me, I hate being cold, and it looks like the post froze from the inside out, finally giving up the ghost as a hundred thousand ice crystals shot out of it....
I made this picture X-Large because it is all about the texture, if you look close you can even see the individual ice crystals... did you know why water expands when it freezes? almost no other substances do that; but its because water is a polar molecule, the polar ends get together as water freezes. and because H2O is a linear molecule, more space results in between molecules... and they failed me in Chemistry.... ha...
